Water Fitness Classes
Restrictions: Children will NOT be allowed in the Pool during Fitness Classes. Childsitting will be available at the Tot Spot. Fees/Punch Passes.

Water shoes recommended for all pool fitness classes except Poolates.

H2O Blast: This energy packed class is a great way to get into shape. By using the water's resistance your muscles will develop tone and strength while getting your heart pumping. No classes during Thanksgiving week. Location: Pool
